Nose correction

Goals in FFS: To reduce the male proportions of the nose. I keep in mind:

1. Width of the bony pyramid
2. Width of the dorsal septal cartilage
3. Height of the domes
4. Squareness of the tips
5. Flat broad tip
6. Hanging columella
7. Flaring of the nostrils

In lateral view the Corneal glabella-distance must be reduced a supratip definition must be present and an nasolabial angle must be 105 degrees or more. In female proportions we want:

• smooth line of the dorsum
• two light lines from the brow to the supratip
• straight dorsum
• a good definition of the supratip
• female nasal labial angle (110 - 120 degrees)
